Do album sales count towards music charts?
Absolutely. All album purchases made through our store are reflected in the HANTEO and CIRCLE (formerly GAON) charts, as well as Billboard charts where applicable.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Please note that pre-order items will ship once the official release date is reached.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, we highly recommend filming an unboxing video as proof of condition.
